Development of Simple VU Spectrophotometric Method for the Estimation of Bambuterol Hydrochloride in Bulk and Its Formulations

چکیده
A simple, rapid and highly sensitive spectrophotometric method has developed for the estimation of Bambuterol hydrochloride in bulk marketed tablet dosage form. In distilled water, showed absorbance at 264nm. Linearity was observed conc range 200-1000 μg/ml (r2 = 0.9990). The assay results were found to be a good agreement with label claim. recovery studies carried 3 different levels i.e, 100%, 150%, 200%. accuracy conformed by forms 96.43% bambuterol hydrochloride. validated stastically % RSD is less than 2Thus proposed rapid, specific, precise, accurate cost-effective quality control tool routine analysis combined
